Great location , quiet room, and nice staff. We had a car and we parked it at the hotel. Very convenient.

Best hotel experience in Ourense. We will be back at the NH.
The room was excellent: clean, very spacious, great deco, and very quiet. The bed was large and very comfortable. The mini-bar was basic but useful. We appreciated the bottle of complementary water. The facilities to make tea and coffee in the room were excellent. The staff was very polite and helpful. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel experience we have had in Ourense, and we have been to quite a few hotels in the city over the years.

Memorable and pleasant
Good location. Comfortable bed. Excellent information assistance from staff. We were there for two nights and as usual we opted not to have a cleaning/laundry service during our stay. As a a reward for this eco choice we received a drinks voucher for the pleasant roof top bar.
